Gary Andersen was hired by Wisconsin in December 2012 to replace Bert Beliema, who fled to the Ozarks for the opportunity to live with his fellow hill tribesmen and coach Arkansas.
Well, it looks like Andersen is already putting out feelers for other jobs:
#Browns tried it all during coaching search. Source says they secretly interviewed #Wisconsin coach Gary Andersen, who got a raise on 1/25

Does Andersen have his eyes on the NFL? One might say he's keeping his interview skills sharp, but then the question becomes: why do his interview skills need to be sharp?
It's not as if the Browns job was coveted (and I say this as a die-hard Browns fan). Interesting little tidbit, nonetheless, and we'll see how it develops. If I were a Badgers fan, however, I'd be a little unsettled. Obviously Wisconsin's administration was, hence the raise.
UPDATE (12:01 PM): Andersen denies the process ever went past informal talks:
Per Gary Andersen, he had informal discussions w Browns but no real interview. He decided against pursuing it further following initial talk
