The pairings for the 13th annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge have been announced and, as expected, Ohio State will host the Duke Blue Devils at the Schottenstein Center on Tuesday, November 29th. The event should be a matchup of top five teams and Thad Matta can't wait:
"It is a great honor to be selected to play what I consider one of the premier programs in the county in Duke University," Matta said. "I have great respect for Coach Krzyzewski and his many accomplishments. I'm looking forward to our fans being a part of such a great game here is Columbus."
It's also worth pointing out that Ohio State will now face Michigan in football, the Blue Devils in hoops and a potential Big Ten Championship game on the gridiron all within a span of seven days later this fall. Life's good.
