Not every freshman reported to Ohio State's summer semester on the June 10th start date. One noticeable absence was that of hulking defensive tackle Donovan Munger. The four-star recruit from Shaker Heights reportedly had issues related to his grades and test scores in high school. It now appears that the waiting game is over. Munger tweeted today, "Officially a Buckeye!!! God has all the Glory last month was crazy."

The defensive line became a strength in the spring, but Ohio State is still in need of depth at the position. With Munger in the fold, he becomes an instant possibility at being a part of the Buckeyes' rotation. Munger was rated among the top 25 defensive tackles in the country for the 2014 recruiting class and the top 20 overall in the state of Ohio.
