Whether Wilton Speight actually plays against Ohio State won't be revealed until The Game kicks off on Saturday. But the injured quarterback is practicing, his head coach confirmed on Wednesday morning.
Harbaugh, on radio, confirms Speight practiced Tuesday, will not reveal who starting QB will be (obviously).

The question arose during Harbaugh's radio show because Wolverine wide receiver Amara Darboh told reporters Tuesday evening the redshirt sophomore quarterback took snaps and threw during practice. Speight broke his collarbone in Michigan's 14-13 loss to Iowa on Nov. 12 and multiple outlets confirmed with sources within the program that he would not return during the regular season.
Harbaugh insisted that his starter at the most important position on the field is "day-to-day," which left the door open that Speight could play against Indiana last weekend. It didn't happen. John O'Korn started and threw for 59 yards in a 20-10 win against the Hoosiers.
Speight dressed and warmed up briefly but never played. Harbaugh said on Tuesday evening it appears Speight is progressing and "getting better every day." But don't think for a second Harbaugh would divulge exactly how much Speight is doing on the Ann Arbor practice fields.
Harbaugh on 97.1 asked if Speight and O'Korn split reps 50-50 on Tuesday: 'They both practiced, yes.'

Ohio State is going about its week having to prepare for both quarterbacks. We will see how much Speight can do come noon on Saturday but for not all signs point to him at least trying to give it a go.
