Due to posts being created, but not appearing there is a need for The 99% Club 2...Electric Boogaloo (thanks for the suggestion Hovenaut).
The goal of the 99% Club is to find those members who are upvote minded.
To qualify you must meet
one of the three criteria:
- You have an upvote percentage of 99 percent or higher.
- You have an upvote to helmet sticker ratio of 1 to 2 (or lower)
- You have given out at least 3,000 upvotes.
I want to give an upvote to all who qualify for the 99% club for keeping the site positive.
