Per the attached article, the NCAA is considering changing the transfer restrictions. I don't agree with the bulk of the article, but I do agree NCAA changes are sparked by bad press. For example, NCAA champ saying he goes to bed hungry. Bill Snyder may be the impetus for transfer reform.
