Kyle Snyder is literally the best wrestler in the world, but apparently that's not good enough for ESPN.
Penn State's Zain Retherford has been nominated for the ESPY's Best Male College Athlete — which would be fine and good because he's a great wrestler — but Ohio State's Kyle Snyder did not get the nomination.
Snyder, of course, is the youngest American wrestler ever to win an Olympic gold medal, a two-time NCAA and Big Ten champion and has not lost a match since his freshman season.
Retherford is a good choice, but Snyder is the correct one.
