During Kyle and Ross's breakdowns of Bama leading up to the Sugar Bowl, it was I noticed (and judging by comments so did a lot of others) that Kiffin would signal TD on quite a few Bama plays before the play was completed and often before the pass was thrown.  He was quite good at reading the defense reaction to his called play.

Well, except this time (notice him in the lower right).  He signals TD before Sims throws the ball.  The best part is the Bama fan recording it must have known this too because  he yells Touchdown shortly after Kiffin signals it and the ball is only halfway there.
