A NEW LEADER?
When Braxton Miller scores his next touchdown he will tie Art Schlichter for the most touchdowns responsible for (85) in Ohio State's history. Barring injury, I will be very surprised if Miller is not in first place by himself going into week 3. For those wondering, J.T. Barrett was responsible for a single season record 45 touchdowns in 2014.

THE URBAN MEYER EFFECT
I expect the player lucky enough to be named Ohio State's quarterback under Urban Meyer to be in a position to rack up the yards and touchdowns. Is it unreasonable to expect current and future Urban Meyer quarterbacks to be on the quarterback top 10 lists for season and career records? Perhaps, but after last season those are my new expectations.
THE TOP 10 BY DECADE
1970s- Cornelius Greene and Pete Johnson
1980s- Art Schlichter*, Keith Byars
1990s- Bobby Hoying, Eddie George and Joe Germaine
2000s- Troy Smith and Terrelle Pryor*
2010s- Braxton Miller and J.T. Barrett
*Majority of years played in decade.
