Ohio State linebacker Pete Werner confirmed he will be entering the 2021 NFL draft and officially said farewell to the Buckeyes in a Twitter post on Thursday morning.

With Werner's departure, Ohio State will be replacing its top four linebackers from this past season, as Tuf Borland, Baron Browning and Justin Hilliard are also going pro. Werner is likely to be the first of those four linebackers drafted.
