Per 247sports, 2017 5 star OT Calvin Ashley has a top 3 of 1. FSU, 2. Auburn, and 3. Ohio State. FSU is his dream school, so they will be hard to beat, but he wants to visit Ohio State this summer, and both 2016 Ohio State OG commit Tyler Gerald & 2017 Ohio State OT commit Josh Myers are recruiting him to Ohio State. He also has a lot of friends at Ohio State talking the school up to him.

2017 5 star WR Trevon Grimes was invited to the Rivals 5 star challenge, which is Rivals version of "Nike The Opening," after being one of the best WRs at their Rivals Camp today in Miami. Grimes reiterated that Ohio State is his leader, and couldn't think of another school that could make him change his mind. He wants to visit Auburn, South Carolina and Georgia soon, and will get back up to Ohio State this Summer with teammate, 2016 5 star DE Nick Bosa. He previously mentioned that he would also try to make it up for the Spring Game. Grimes also mentioned that, its a possibility he could end his recruitment the next time he's in Columbus.

Speaking of Bosa, as mentioned before, he will visit FSU, Florida, Auburn, Alabama, and maybe USC before visiting Ohio State last and making his commitment before the start of his Senior season.

2017 5 star ATH/DB Richard Lecounte was also invited to the Rivals 5 star challenge, and named his top 3 of 1. Georgia, 2. Ohio State, and 3. Miami. He visited Clemson lately, Georgia this past Tuesday, Florida yesterday and will make it to Ohio State for the Spring Game. He wants to commit in December, so that he can focus on his offseason training and Senior season without recruiting distractions.

2016 4 star WR Binjimen Victor was recently bumped up to the #37 overall player on 247sports.com, he was also invited to the Rivals 5 star challenge as well. Victor mentioned that Ohio State, Florida, Louisville, LSU, Auburn and Miami are currently standing out. It was previously reported that he will visit Ohio State over his Spring break later this month. He will take all 5 official visits before committing.

2016 4 star WR Dredrick Snelson, Ohio State 2015 signee Torrance Gibson former teammate, has a top 8 of Florida, Florida State, Auburn, Miami, West Virginia, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Clemson. He's waiting for Ohio State and Oklahoma to offer.

2016 4 star WR Josh Hammond plans to visit Alabama, Notre Dame and Ohio State in the near future. He states that Florida, Ohio State and FSU are the 3 standing out to him. Urban Meyer coached his older brother Frankie Hammond at Florida.

2016 4 star QB Woody Barrett has a top 5 of Florida, Oklahoma, Auburn, Alabama and Ohio State with the Tigers and the Tide believed to have the edge.

2017 5 star DB Commit Shaun Wade hopes to make it up to Ohio State for the Spring game, his commitment remains solid. Rivals top 100 for the 2017 class comes out tomorrow, and Rivals previously mentioned that Shaun Wade will be ranked as one of the elites in the class.

2017 4 star CB Lamont Wade will visit Ohio State on March 21st. His dad mentioned that Wade will not go far from home, so his top schools are Penn State, Ohio State, Pitt and West Virginia, with Boston College also being a possibility. They all want him to be within driving distance of home.

2016 4 star DE Josh King will visit Ohio State the weekend of March 28th. Despite landing Hall, Ohio State is still recruiting him hard and his rumored top 2 are Ohio State and Notre Dame.

2016 5 star DT Rashan Gary was recently bumped to the #1 player in the country, in the 247sports composite rankings.

In case you missed it, 4 star LB Carter Coughlin is rumored to be deciding this week between Ohio State, Oregon and Minnesota. He visited Minnesota this weekend, and last visited Ohio State on January 30th. He's a Minnesota legacy so they will be hard to beat.

2016 4 star QB Jarrett Guarantano visited Rutgers again yesterday, and had a good time. He visits Tennessee in a couple of weeks and Ohio State should be getting a visit in the near future. Rumor has it the staff hopes to get him up for the Spring game, so that he can be around Kareem Walker and others from the 2016 and 2017 classes.

2016 3 star DB Andrew Pryts will visit Ohio State on April 10th and Penn State on March 20th, both visits will be overnight. He's a Penn State legacy, so they will be hard to beat.

2016 4 star DB Trayvon Mullen talks to LSU, Oregon, FSU, and Ohio State the most. He hopes to visit a lot of schools this Spring and Summer including Ohio State. A decision will come during his Senior season.

2016 3 star DB Demetric Vance named Michigan State, Michigan, Tennessee, Ohio State and Penn State, as schools that are sticking out to him right now. He stated that he will visit Ohio State for multiple Spring Practices, and he will visit MSU, Michigan and Tennessee soon. It was rumored that he named Penn State his leader after his visit at the end of last month, but he stated as of now he has no leaders.

2016 4 star DE commit Terrell Hall was offered by Alabama yesterday and says he may visit, but of course a lot of prospects say this but never do. Nothing to worry about as of now.

2017 ATH commit Bruce Judson reiterated to reporters yet again, that his commitment to Ohio State is solid. It seems like he and Shaun Wade will be asked this a million times until NSD 2017. He will also be in Columbus for the Spring Game.

Last but not least, I believe someone on this site asked Birm about 2017 RB Ra'Von Bonner out of Cincinnati.
