Saw an update on 247 that the gophers are feeling really concerned about losing out on Carter and with this CB from Nostradamus himself. I'm beginning to believe. 

He should be announcing this week sometime. Kid is an absolute stud. Coaches see him at an unbelieveable instinctual player. Plays extremely fast and hard.

A poster that coaches in the same league had this to say about Carter.

"I should add that Carter plays in the same conference I coach. It is pretty good football, it's not near Ohio level but for Minnesota it's top-notch, this is the best football player I have seen in 10 years. He is the Chris Borland of Minnesota football, he reads so fast you can't block him, he is ghost."
