The Ohio State club football team won its second straight national championship on Saturday.

The top-ranked Buckeyes sealed their second consecutive title by taking down second-ranked George Mason, 42-27, on Saturday in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania.

While the club football season was canceled in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, OSU won a natty in the 2019 campaign. The 2021 club lost its first two games of the season, but didn't fall again en route to a 7-2 season. The 2019 club finished 9-0, giving the Buckeyes a record of 16-2 the past two seasons.
