Ohio State adds another top-100 safety as Simeon Caldwell commits to the Buckeyes.
Junior college transfer Kendall Sheffield started the second session of spring semester Tuesday at Ohio State and will participate in spring practice that starts next week.
Sheffield, a former five-star Alabama signee, figures to factor into the Buckeyes' backfield plans immediately.
Before the football started, however, his new program welcomed the Missouri City, Texas native with a new pair of LeBron XIVs—a nice benefit of being sponsored by LeBron James.

The shoes, released Feb. 10, retail for $175 and feature a "mix of mesh, engineered laser perforations, a midfoot strap, Zoom Air, and more."
