D'Angelo Russell says he's the best player in this year's draft, and it looks like he'll get one last opportunity to prove it to the team with the No. 1 overall pick, according to WKSTP-Minneapolis' Darren Wolfson:
Hear the tentative plan is for D'Angelo Russell to come to Minneapolis next week to workout for the #Twolves and interview.

Many people suspect either Duke's Jahlil Okafor or Kentucky's Karl-Anthony Towns will go No. 1, but Minnesota coach Flip Saunders said yesterday the team is still undecided.
If the Timberwolves do pull the trigger on Russell at No. 1 on June 25, it might spell the end of Spanish point guard Ricky Rubio's tenure.
Yesterday, Russell worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers, who have the No. 2 pick. Russell has also said he's meeting with the Knicks, who own the No. 4 pick.
