Evan Turner is the latest recipient of the free agent spending tidal wave to hit the NBA.

The former Boston Celtics swingman agreed to a four-year deal with the Portland Trailblazers worth $70 million on Friday afternoon. Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski first reported the news.

Turner, the No. 2 overall pick of the 2010 NBA draft, will join his fourth NBA club. After the Philadelphia 76ers drafted him, he spent time with the Indiana Pacers and Boston Celtics.

In 2015, Turner averaged 10.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists in 81 games with the Celtics.

After signing the deal, Turner posted a heartfelt thanks to Boston fans:

Of course, former Ohio State teammate Mark Titus was required by law to get a potshot in on the man he nicknamed "the Villain."

According to Wojnarowski, the Trailblazers plan to pursue former Chicago Bulls forward Pau Gasol as well.

Turner, who is 11W's favorite quotable NBA star, now has ample money to fund his Ferrari gas tank.
