CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein reported Monday morning Kam Williams would return to Ohio State for his fifth season. In his report, Rothstein cited Buckeyes head coach Thad Matta.
Ohio State's Kam Williams will return to school for his senior season, per Thad Matta. Entered 2017 NBA Draft process without an agent.

However, shortly after, Williams seemed to dispell that report on his personal Twitter account in a since-deleted tweet.
"I have not made any moves if that's what y'all want," Williams' tweet read.
In a request for official comment, an Ohio State spokesman said, "Haven't heard anything one way or the other."
Williams' name was surprisingly included on the list of early entrants for the upcoming NBA Draft. He did not hire an agent and thus has the option to return to Ohio State for his fifth season should he choose to do so.
Williams would be a fifth-year senior for the Buckeyes next season if he does in fact return. The Baltimore native played in all 32 games for Ohio State last season and made 29 starts. He averaged 9.4 points per game.
Underclassmen have until May 24 to withdraw their names from the NBA Draft and retain eligibility. Williams was reportedly not invited to the NBA draft combine.
