Welcome to The Hurry-Up, which runs Sunday through Thursday, serving as your last stop for recruiting news and notes nightly. We'll recap the day as it happened and preview the days ahead while keeping our ear to the ground on the Ohio State recruiting scene.

WEEK IN REVIEW

Here's a look back at a few of the items we talked about this week on Eleven Warriors.

JUDSON STILL HIGH ON BUCKEYES

Kicks are all the rage these days, don't you know? We've already seen Torrance Gibson in Buckeye cleats and this week we could see another Florida quarterback following suit. Cocoa's Bruce Judson, a teammate of 2015 Ohio State commit Jamel Dean, told Eleven Warriors he'd likely be donning some Scarlet and Gray this week.

"I'm going to break these (pictured right) out in Kentucky," Judson told 11W. "We play Louisville Trinity and it's supposed to be on ESPN. My girlfriend got them for me."

Dope, Bro.
Bruce Judson will wear these cleats, he says.

A four-star prospect in 2017, Judson had initially planned on making his college choice at the start of his sophomore season. After some consideration, he told 11W a few weeks ago that'd like to slow things down but it appears he's still feeling that a choice is imminent.

"I might say where I am going soon," he added. "Maybe midseason."

Judson had a big game two night's ago against Astronaut. He completed 55-percent of his passes for three touchdowns and 208 yards. He also added a touchdown rushing.

CORNELL EARNS ALL-AMERICAN HONORS

Off to a great start in his senior season, Ohio State defensive line commitment Jashon Cornell, a participant at Nike's The Opening in July, has chosen his post-season all-star game.

Cornell, who committed to Ohio State in July, is the country's 52nd-ranked overall player. He visited the Buckeyes last week for their game against Virginia Tech and plans on being in attendance next weekend against Cincinnati. He and fellow commitment Justin Hilliard continue to be leaders for the Buckeyes 2015 class.

CAGER TO GET BUCKEYE VISIT TOMORROW?

With the off-week coming for Ohio State, the coaching staff will get their first real opportunity to do some off-campus recruiting. Don't be surprised if one of their first stops is the Washington D.C./Maryland area. 2016 quarterback Dwayne Haskins, who will be in Columbus on September 27th is likely to receiver a visit as is 2015 wide receiver Lawrence Cager

When the Buckeyes received a commitment on Friday evening from a potential wide receiver in AJ Alexander, some speculated that would remove Cager from the class. That, according to my sources, is inaccurate. Ohio State has every intention and desire to still add Cager and they'll start pushing for that come Monday.

BARROW HOPES TO RETURN TO OHIO STATE

Malik Barrow isn't a name that's discussed much for 2016, but the Tampa, Florida defensive end says Ohio State remains at the top of his list.

"Ohio State and Michigan State," Barrow told Eleven Warriors. "Those two and North Carolina, they've been showing a lot of interest. Those are the teams at the top of my list."

Barrow lines up for Tampa Catholic High School, where he's teammates with Ohio State target and Auburn commit, 2016 wide receiver Nate Craig. Craig is the 7th-ranked player in the country for 2016 and has been an admitted Buckeye fan for some time, despite his sudden commitment to Auburn. It's possible that both of these players could end up at Ohio State for a visit at the end of November.

"I talk to Coach (Urban) Meyer when I call Coach (Stan) Drayton," Barrow said. "He wants me to come up there for a visit and I want to get back up there for the game against Michigan."

Barrow, a four-star defensive lineman, says he hopes to make a decision no later than next summer. Ohio State offered him in May, and he was on campus this summer, participating in a camp on June 8th.
