Ohio State has landed commitment No. 22 in their 2016 class as just moments ago Rodjay Burns, a three-star athlete from Louisville, flipped his commitment from the hometown Cardinals to the Buckeyes.
I have decided to de-committ from UofL and i will be playing for The Ohio State University

Burns had been committed to the Cardinals since March but Ohio State made overtures late in the season and offered the three-star athlete in December. He made an official visit to Ohio State this weekend and went home, thought over his decision with his parents, and committed to the Buckeyes tonight.
The Burns File
- Class: 2016
- Size: 6-2/175
- Pos: CB
- School: Trinity (Louisville, KY)
- Composite Rating: ★★★
- Composite Rank: 73 (CB)
Although he lists only three offers on his 247Sports.com profile, Burns is an explosive athlete that Ohio State had been monitoring for some time.
The 22nd commitment in Ohio State's 2016 recruiting class, Burns is a defensive back all the way for the Buckeyes, although there are some who believe that right now he's a bit more polished as a wide receiver.
He is the fourth defensive back in the class for Ohio State. The Buckeyes are still hoping to add one more at the position.
Eleven Warriors will have more on Burns and his decision soon.
