One of Ohio State's top remaining 2017 targets released his top-six schools Monday evening. The Buckeyes, unsurprisingly, made the cut.
Five-star safety Jeffrey Okudah — the nation's top-ranked safety and No. 5 overall player — included Ohio State as one of his top-six schools along with Clemson, Florida State, Oklahoma, Georgia and USC.

The Buckeyes are currently the 247Sports crystal ball favorite for the Grand Prarie, Texas native. Ohio State quarterbacks coach Tim Beck — the Buckeyes' lead man in Texas — and safeties coach Greg Schiano have been all over Okudah for some time now.
The Sooners figure to be the top threat to Ohio State for Okudah, who is listed at 6-foot-2 and 190 pounds. Okudah recently visited Oklahoma, but reportedly took a pair of unofficial visits this summer to Columbus, as well.
