The 6-foot-1, 177-pound Wade recorded 63 tackles and seven interceptions this season to help Jacksonville, Florida, Trinity Christian to its fourth-consecutive state title. He also recently ended months of speculation about his future and reaffirmed his commitment to Ohio State.
Wade will play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas, on Jan. 7, 2017, and enroll in classes just two days later. With the potential departure of both starting cornerbacks, Wade has a chance to make an immediate impact in the Buckeye secondary next season.
