Do NCAA investigators have jurisdiction in Russia? I sure hope not.
Greg Welch, @ArtDirectorBYU, is apparently in St. Petersburg Russia and stumbled upon a treasure trove of NCAA violations.
But if you're a fan of Matryoshoka dolls and college football (and possess the capabilities to travel to Russia)... today is your lucky day:
