Today it would seem strength sensei Mickey Marotti is honing his pupils' foot speed. What's particularly interesting is that they're joined by the reigning Big Ten Freshman of the year, who is coming off ankle surgery.

This obviously wasn't J.T.'s first footwork drill coming off surgery, but he sure looks spry for a guy who went under the knife in December.
