Yesterday, Browns coach Mike Pettine said Terrelle Pryor was "doubtful" to play in Friday's Browns scrimmage at Ohio Stadium.
Today, he was downgraded to OUT.

Officially, this will be Pryor's first return to the Horseshoe since a 37-7 dumping of Michigan in 2010. (Pryor created 269 yards of offense and three touchdowns in that game.)
