It appears Ohio State's March 11 pro day will be such a spectacle that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell—along with cameras from ESPN, the NFL Network, and BTN—will be in attendance.
Goodell, working under the umbrella of Urban Meyer's "Real Life Wednesdays," spoke to Ohio State's student-athletes about life after athletics.

“Look at your future broadly. Prepare for life. You got here by preparing and working hard," Goodell said. "Focus on your dreams and goals, but broaden those goals. Even if you become successful in the NFL, the great career is 15 years, the terrific career is 10 and the average career is five. So prepare yourself for life after football. Get your degree and you’ll be prepared for life after football. Start now.”
Topics to which Goodell responded ranged from player safety – “the game of football has never been safer”; to women in the NFL – “diversity has value because it makes us better; makes us think about issues in ways we haven’t in the past”; to why he gets booed – “you have to make unpopular decisions sometimes against teams or individuals and fans sometimes don’t like that. The game of football is more important than any one of us and we will not comprise our standards in anything we do.”
