Terrelle Pryor will return to the Cleveland Browns in 2016, the team announced on Thursday afternoon.
Pryor moved to wide receiver in the summer of 2015 in effort to salvage his NFL career after being cut by the Oakland Raiders. The Cleveland Browns signed Pryor off waivers, but waived him after an injury-riddled preseason camp so they could sign already-injured free agent RB Robert Turbin.
In typical Browns fashion, they cut Turbin in November and re-signed Pryor, who posted 1 catch for 42 yards in the 2015 regular season. It was enough to earn him another season with the Browns as he signed a restricted free agent tender. He will presumably be used as a wide receiver and Week 17 QB.
As of now, the Browns' 200:1 odds of winning the Super Bowl remain unchanged.
