I like Lou Holtz in small doses (which is convenient because he is a relatively tiny man), but at times he is capable of doing some incredibly stupid things, like committing major NCAA violations or comparing Rich Rodriguez to Hitler.
But Saturday, in an appearance at the WHAC during Student Appreciation Day, Lou Holtz made the absolute gravest of errors:
Yes, they made him change shirts. #GoBucks pic.twitter.com/9A5l8kA47A

Seriously though, Urban Meyer loves Lou Holtz. They have a decades-long relationship built on mutual trust and respect. Do you really think that Meyer would make one of his beloved mentors change his clothes?
YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT HE WOULD.
Sorry, coaching legend, former Urban Meyer boss and mentor, and college football Hall of Famer Lou Holtz, but when you slipped on that baby blue JC Penney fleece over your maize dress shirt, you signed your own arrest warrant. Literal Pope Urban II could show up at the Woody making speeches and exhorting Crusades, but if his papal mitre had a bunch of sapphires and gold inlay in it, you can bet your ass that literal Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer would make him take it off.
Wear scarlet and gray at the WHAC. No exceptions.
