Ohio State's wide receiving corps has taken another hit.
Redshirt freshman K.J. Hill is out 3-4 weeks with a high ankle sprain, Urban Meyer announced Monday. He underwent surgery last week.
Hill is the second Ohio State wide receiver to go under the knife this season. Graduate senior Corey Smith had surgery on Sunday for a hand injury after hurting it in practice last week.
Hill caught Ohio State's first touchdown of the 2016 season, a 47-yard strike from J.T. Barrett in the season opener against Bowling Green on Sept. 3. He had another 11-yard catch in that game but did not touch the ball in his team's victories against Tulsa and Oklahoma.
