Due to the impact of Hurricane Matthew, the AP Top 25 released its latest edition Monday as opposed to the traditional Sunday.

In it, the Ohio State Buckeyes held steady at No. 2 after its 21-point victory over Indiana. Alabama leads the way, with Clemson at No. 3 and Michigan at No. 4. Washington is up to No. 5 after its destruction of Oregon in Eugene.

OSU's next opponent, Wisconsin, is up to No. 8 after its bye week. Nebraska at No. 10 rounds up the Big Ten contingent with four teams in the Top 10. According to ESPN writer Matt Fortuna, this is the first time the B1G put four members in the Top 10 since 1960.

The SEC, however, leads with seven teams in the Top 25.

Tom Herman's Houston fell from No. 6 to No. 13 after losing to Navy, and the Midshipmen cracked the poll at No. 25.

P.J. Fleck and Western Michigan, 6-0 with wins over Illinois and Northwestern, appear at No. 23 in the first AP ranking in program history.
