On paper, it was a matchup of Top 10 teams. But when the teams took the field on Saturday night, Ohio State was clearly in a different class than Nebraska.
Quarterback J.T. Barrett finished 26-for-38 passing for 290 yards and four touchdowns — three of which went to H-Back Curtis Samuel — as the Buckeyes routed the Cornhuskers, 62-3.
The Buckeyes' defense was dominant, meanwhile, as defensive backs Damon Webb and Malik Hooker both returned interceptions for touchdowns to help the Buckeyes improve to 8-1 on the season.
Following the game, Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer and a handful of players spoke with the assembled media. You can check out Meyer's full presser above, in addition to interviews with Barrett, Samuel, offensive tackle Jamarco Jones, defensive end Sam Hubbard, defensive tackle Tyquan Lewis, linebacker Chris Worley, offensive coordinator Ed Warinner and quarterbacks coach Tim Beck.
Ohio State travels to Maryland next Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on a channel still to be determined.
