The Buckeyes are cooking early in College Park, folks.
Ohio State, already staked to a 14-3 lead, found itself up 21-3 late in the first quarter when J.T. Barrett connected on a deep ball with Curtis Samuel on 1st and 10 from the Maryland 36-yard line.
It capstoned a four-play, 68-yard drive.
It was Samuel's second touchdown of the day after two-yard touchdown run on Ohio State's opening drive.
The ensuing Tyler Durbin PAT was good.
