The New York Post reported Wednesday that the New York Giants' final offer to the former Ohio State star was a four-year, $28 million deal.
The Indianapolis Colts beat it handsomely.

The Giants drafted Hankins in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He appeared in all 16 games last season, compiling 43 combined tackles, 3 sacks, and 1 forced fumble.
In Indy, Hankins joins former Silver Bullet teammate John Simon, who signed a three-year deal back in March.
