I am looking to go to the 2nd round tennis tourney. I can't find them for sale. I have looked on the official tennis site, NCAA (only has the finals in OK for sale) and Ticketmaster. I understand that the regular season is free but I assumed the tourney would have a charge .

Assume it is free how early do I need to get there for a 4 pm start?
