“It is a foul if a player lowers his head to initiate and make contact with his helmet against an opponent,” the new rule says, according to the NFL. “The player may be disqualified. Applies to any player anywhere on the field.”

The intent here is honorable, but the reality is you're now going to have one of the most incompetent groups of people in sports applying this.  We've seen how bad this can be applied at the college level, Denzel Ward anyone?, now we get to see it in the NFL.  What a disaster this is going to be.
