No, this is not a Browns or Bengals thread so please let's keep all that stuff specific to those teams and players of this season on the respective threads.

My question as an Ohioan that has also travelled the same day as the Browns/Bengals matchups to see the pilgramiges of various shades of orange up and down i71... Why don't these two teams four hours apart with stadiums of 65-67k capacity ever meet in the major metropolitan area almost equidistant from both franchises? (Cleveland's bus ride is maybe 15 minutes longer from their stadium to Ohio Stadium). Seems like a 107k "battle for Ohio" would be a great ratings draw and a lot of fun for both teams who have past and present players and coaches with a lot of history at Ohio State. Could feasibly do it once a year with teams alternating as the "hosting" team, with a guaranteed allowance for all season ticket holders (you might even be able to fit season ticket holders from both franchises, offering greater value).

Logistically, there is no reason this shouldn't be a possibility, especially for a twice in a decade type event. Pittsburgh the CFB and NFL team share the same stadium just fine. USC fit a freaking NASCAR race in theirs.

What do the fellow Bengals and Browns think of this? Again, let's please be civil.
