My neighbor Dan Levine kicked at Miami. Ironically, he was the worst athlete in my neighborhood and couldn't make our highly competitive soccer team, so former NFL Punter Josh Miller (also a neighbor) turned Dan into a kicker.  He went from Bucknell to Miami.  Now he mentors kickers in South Florida.  

He's not one for hyperbole so I take him seriously when he refers to this kid as the "best kicker in the country."  

I reached out to Dan on facebook and he told me "the kid is going to kick on Sundays unless he has some type of mental breakdown, which does sometimes happen to kickers.  But he's as smooth as they come and it takes him no effort to kick it over 50."

Does not have big time offers although rated #3 in nation.
