Well, that didn't last long. Mayfield was released by the Panthers after less than one season and it probably wasn't because he was winning too many games. He was claimed by the Rams so let's see how that goes. I've got nothing against Mayfield and hope he does well in LA, but you have to think time is running out on him being a legitimate NFL QB.
