As a very long time fan (I remember watching the Browns beat the Colts in the 1964 championship game) as I watch what the ownership mortgaged the future of the team for I am convinced that this team is going nowhere. Watson is not, nor will be, what he was in his first few years. There will be many who say he needs time to get back into the game, that this is really his preseason, etc. except he had a preseason, he has had game time. Some of this is also the personnel around him but the Browns pretty much gave up the opportunity to improve on that. They will not have the picks and they will not have the cap space to do anything. Couple that with a head coach who is just not a good play caller and what we will get is more of what we have had for the past 30+ years
