Ohio State's biggest win of the Chris Holtmann era was the most watched Big Ten game of the 2017-18 season.
The Buckeyes' 80-64 upset win over then-ranked No. 1 Michigan State on Jan. 7 aired on CBS, and was the most watched conference game of the year.

The game was a coming out party of sorts for Keita Bates-Diop, who scored a then career-high 32 points in the victory. Bates-Diop went on to win the Big Ten Player of the Year award just more than two months later after helping Ohio State finish second in the Big Ten, behind the Spartans.
Ohio State's victory over the Spartans was the first of two top-three wins for the Buckeyes in 2017-18, with the other coming exactly one month later over No. 3 Purdue, 64-63.
