The rumors are flying that this could be the final season for Lloyd Carr at Michigan. Ignore the sound of Buckeye fans cringing everywhere for a second.
Evidently, Carr changed some verbiage in his contract regarding a deferred payment. Previously the clause stated that Carr was to receive the payment if he was serving as the head coach by a certain date, whereas now it states that he'll receive the compensation if he is merely employed by the university in any type of position.
Could this be the end of a glorious Buckeye era? IF Carr retires, will the next Michigan coach have any better luck against The Vest? Stay tuned..
