If you enjoy good football and better storylines, today is the perfect day for kicking your feet up, consuming the beverage of your choice in responsible quantities and taking in an entire day of football. Thanks to Jim Delany's mad negotiating skills, five of the six bowl games today will feature Big Ten teams in action. The conference is off to a somewhat surprising 2-0 start, while Delany's nemesis, the SEC, is off to an 0-3 start and the two conferences will go head-to-head in three games today. The Legends and Leaders won't have it easy as their underdogs in all five games they play today, but if they can steal a few of them, it will go a long way towards bolstering the league's image.
Today also marks Urban Meyer's final game as the head coach of the Florida Gators and it very well could feature the final episode of the Rich Rodriguez era in Michigan, so if you're into gawking at accidents, tune into the Gator Bowl at 1:30.
This is your open thread. Do with it as you will.
