One common narrative about Brady Hoke is he can recruit all the talent in the world, but he fails to develop it. Jabril Peppers is the latest anecdote in that storyline.
Peppers, the top ranked athlete in the 2014 class and a five star recruit, hasn't made the expected impact since arriving in Ann Arbor. Whether it was injury or something else was unclear, but Peppers did take to Twitter last week to dispel rumors of an impending transfer.
Y'all must've bumped y'all's heads if you think I'm leaving my squad I bleed blue man.. Like I said, a little adversity never hurt anyone!

Today, Brady Hoke made it official: Jabrill Peppers will redshirt, which is the wrong color to wear in Michigan, especially as a former five-star recruit.
