The SEC West, once anointed as the most dominant division in CFB history, is having a bit of a rough go of it in bowl season. Sure, Cowboy Bert and Arkansas put a taxing on Texas in the Texas Bowl, but LSU lost to Notre Dame, Ole Miss was blown out of the water by a bunch of toads, and Mississippi State got beat by Georgia Tech and its 13th century offense last night.
But this... well, this may be the most troubling thing for SEC fans yet, via Jason Kirk of SB Nation:
This week @BWWings treated both teams to lunch. They ate 4,830 wings combined. #Mizzou had 2,070, #Gophers had 2,760. pic.twitter.com/1T4Rb639zl

Minnesota ate 690 more wings than Missouri because it forged in the darkness. The Gophers look to continue the Big Ten's hot streak against the SEC East at 1 p.m. in the Citrus Bowl.
