Stop me if you've heard this story before: Talented player runs afoul of the law. Talented player transfers elsewhere, flounders, and then goes pro.
That time-tested tale got another chapter today in Dorial Green-Beckham, the former Missouri wideout who was linked to an off-campus robbery and booted off the team before transferring to Oklahoma. (His appeal to play immediately was denied.)
Beckham's Sooner career, however, looks like its over, according to "his coach," Bob Stoops:
Bob Stoops says Dorial Green-Beckham will enter the draft. Told Stoops a week ago.

Green-Beckham is talented enough to earn a shot in the NFL despite taking a year off competitive football. As for Oklahoma, well, its focus will shift to its attempts to "throw the ball better."
