When it comes to coaching, Charlie Strong presents his pupils with two options: His way or the highway.
Last year, Strong jettisoned nine Longhorns who failed to get hip with the new lay of the land. Many thought that number would hit ten when Texas WR Daje Johnson released a rap single curiously titled, "Dealer," which you might be able to discern is about dealing drugs.
It's since been stricken from the internet.
I apologize for my prior post Dealer. I assure you that I'm still focused on my goals this season...... I just make music for fun

Not only is Johnson still alive, but he's still on the team!
No major discipline issues at Texas but, "Some guys think they can do whatever they want," Strong said. "Y'all heard that rap song."

Strong said he called Daje Johnson about it and said he must think he's not on the team anymore. Johnson apologized.

Football is the only game Charlie Strong plays.
