De'Mornay Pierson-El, a sophomore special teams ace who was scheduled to make an impact as a receiver this fall, suffered a foot injury in practice today and is out for six to eight weeks.
Freshman receiver Lavan Alston suffered a knee injury and is out for the year as well.
