The trial of FSU running back Dalvin Cook — accused of punching a woman outside a Tallahassee (listen to the 911 call here) — begins Monday.
Facing a trial is a precarious notion, and not for the faint of heart. Lucky for Dalvin, he's good at scoring touchdowns and resides in Tallahassee:
On the Dalvin Cook jury: Several who acknowledged being FSU fans, and an FSU employee. Not chosen: Woman upset about glorifying athletes.

I'm no legal expert, but it seems perplexing that this was allowed in the first place. I suppose they do things different in Tallahassee, though.
