Ohio State's 2015 out-of-conference schedule wasn't exactly a murderer's row, but Virginia Tech was clearly meant to be a marquee out of conference matchup.
The same can't be said for Baylor's 2016 slate of Northwestern State, Southern Methodist, and a trip to Rice.
Those three schools are 10-23 this season, and Northwestern State is an FCS school. The intention is clear: To roll out to a 3-0 start without having to leaving the state of Texas.
Can't wait to listen to Art Briles gripe about how nobody respects his team after a 3-0 start in which Baylor's nuked opponents by a score of 323-9.
