ESPN and Sports Illustrated are reporting that Bowling Green Head Coach Dino Babers will take the same job with Syracuse in the ACC. Babers is fresh off winning the MAC championship last night over Northern Illinois, 34-14.
Babers has a 37-16 record in four seasons as a collegiate head coach at Bowling Green and Eastern Illinois.
Syracuse was in the running for Ohio State Co-Defensive Coordinator and Safeties Coach Chris Ash, who now appears headed to Rutgers.
