Things aren't starting well for Willie Taggart in Eugene, Oregon.

The Ducks suspended their strength coach, Irele Oderinde, earlier this week after "tough workouts" hospitalized three players.

His regime took another hit Sunday morning when Eugene police arrested co-offensive coordinator David Reaves, who followed Taggart from South Florida was to split coordinating duties with former Alabama tight end coach Mario Cristobal, for suspicion of driving under the influence.

From oregonlive.com:

The 38-year-old Reaves, who also was set to coach tight ends for the Ducks and carried the title of passing game coordinator under new coach Willie Taggart, was stopped at 2:12 a.m. Sunday with an adult passenger in downtown Eugene, according to Eugene police. The responding officer suspected Reaves was impaired and after an investigation Reaves was charged and booked at Lane County jail at 5:18 a.m.

Reaves left after posting bail at 9:52 a.m., according to jail records.

Oregon placed Reaves on administrative leave and began the process to terminate him Sunday afternoon.
